RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange:

We have a 24 hours exchange policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange,

  • There has to be genuine quality issues of the product 
  • Sizing issues

Please check our detailed size chart and that should help you in ordering the right size.

The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and fix it.

The customer has to upload pictures or video of the damaged / defective products. The damage or defect should be clearly visible in the picture.

If the exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Refunds:

We do not provide refund on any goods sold.

Goods once sold can only be exchanged for size replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
